Growing up the high Arctic, I'm mostly used to colourful fjords and big granite mountains rising out of the ocean. On a recent trip to the Dolomites in northern Italy, I was completely mesmerized by the beautiful forest. Even though there we more obvious compositions in the big vistas, I challenged myself to immerse myself in the trees and find balanced frames. Here's my interpretation of the Dolomites.
